World-leading hospitals

The business of hospitals is the key competency of the organization, with a highly regarded presence around the world. Stamford Hospital in the UK was established in the 1930s, and since then has been a well-regarded hospital within the National Health Service and the private sector. The group acquires, establishes and operates hospitals and similar facilities, and creates and nurtures a synergy- based alliance with its global medical affiliates.

This progressive, independent hospital opened in three phases, beginning in September 1998 with the Stamford Institutes of Cosmetic and Reconstructive Plastic Surgery, Vascular Surgery and Orthopedics and Sports Injuries.

Located in a glorious Grade II listed art deco building, significant investments have been made in technologically advanced surgical and medical equipment, making it a niche, modern hospital.

Stamford Hospital lived up to its intention to be recognised not only as a centre for medical excellence, but also as the only hospital to embrace highly focused medical institutes, designed to marry the best practices of the public and private sectors.

The hospital offers the services of a complete professional medical team. Consultants from the General Medical Council’s Specialists’ Register complete the treatment offering.

The hospital is fully equipped with the latest technology and carries-out advanced surgical procedures with confidence. Irrespective of the treatment needed by our patients, they will receive the very best medical care and attention throughout their stay.

Many treatments are available on a day care basis, but should the patient stay longer, we are able to offer excellent accommodation facilities.

The hospital builds on strengths of a decade of successful medical practice and is part of an organization owned and operated by doctors, where the patient is always put first.
